To reject messages with overlong physical header lines some data ACL condition
could help:

MAX_PHYSICAL_HEADER_LENGTH = \
        ${reduce\
                {<\n${map{<\n$message_headers_raw}{${strlen:$item}}}}\
                {0}\

        }
