All well formed "Received:" headers have timestamps.
those should be present in the DSN. The DSN itself will have a date header too.
you can add other arbitrary headers before delivering the email, and in most
cases they will still be present in third-party DSNs.
I must admit I am at a loss as to what problem this bug report is about
solving, and what method it is proposing to use in what context to solve it.
