I fully agree with you. And it's up to everybody to refuse an answer,
and it's up to the poster to find the reason for the missing answer.
Often I do not even read messages on this list, if the sender is
anonymous.
Maybe the list's welcome message could contain a hint about the "social
style" on this list.
OTOH everybody is free to choose just some name. So, how can you know
that my name on this list is my real name? That means, the full name of
the poster is of limited use.
And, some people might have a reason to be an anonymous.
