[pcre-dev] Suggested changes in the document

Hi PhilipWorking on the PCRE2 for z/OS and the API wiuth LE languages, I've found these:

I would suggest that on line 359 it should read 'uint8_t *bytes'
On line 362 it should read '(const pcre2_code **codes,'
On line 363, again, it should read 'uint8_t *bytes'
