For information:
Following a serious thunderstorm last night, the University of
Cambridge's server room suffered from flooding, resulting in the
University's network going offline. The servers for the PCRE FTP site,
mailing list, Bugzilla, and SVN repository (and my email) became
inaccessible. Access was restored around 11:30 GMT, but via a
contingency connection, which means performance will be slower than
usual until the normal connection is restored. Details are available
