[pcre-dev] One more small patch

Now, that I have all the picture, I realized that I need to split one of my header files.  I've provided a patch that #include the new header rather than the old.  All the changes are confined to z/OS and pcre2test.c only.
With that change I have a clean compile and link and I could now start examining the test suite. Ze'ev Atlas
