[exim] router testing with ACL variables

Hi,

I set some ACL variables on SMTP connect for later use in rewrite rules
and routers. I can test the first step with -bh, but not the others,
because -brw and -bt would need the variable values. Is there a way to
provide them manually, so that I can test my config without needing to
pass actual messages through it?
