[exim-announce] Forthcoming Exim 4.86: PGP signer

Folks,

We are currently in Release Candidate testing for the upcoming Exim 4.86
release.

This is a heads-up that the release, and any RCs after RC4, will be PGP
signed by Jeremy Harris, who has been instrumental in Exim development
for the past few releases and has been leading this release.

His PGP key is now in the strong set, thus folks stand a reasonable
chance of being able to derive a trust-path to this key. (There is no
short trust-path to other Exim developers).

The key needed is: 0xBCE58C8CE41F32DF
