[exim] freeze/no_tell from system filter?

Hi all,

I have freeze_tell set in the main config to tell me if a message
is frozen on the queue. I then freeze certain messages in the ACLs
with control = freeze/no_tell, so I am only told when exim itself
decides to freeze the message.

I'm wanting to move the freeze from the ACL down into a system
filter so I can process the mail first. However, I can't find a
"no_tell" option when called from the system filter.

Is there such an option?
