It would be useful to allow macro expansion in -be '...' and -bem ...
Why?

exim \
  -DUNFOLDED_RECEIVED='${sg{$h_received:}{\\n\\s+}{}}' \
  -DINCREMENT='${eval:$value+1}' \
  -bem ./eml \
       '${reduce{<\n UNFOLDED_RECEIVED}{0}{INCREMENT}}'

or

exim -C macros -be '${sg{FOO}{x}{y}}'

Surely it's not important for daily operation, but it's helpful to
understand and construct expansion expressions.
