Now exigrep falls back to autodetection of compression if and only if the
ZCAT_COMMAND is not an executable or if the COMPRESSION_EXTIONS does not match.
This change should be compatible with the current known behaviour. No changes
in Local/Makefile are required (but possible, to enforce the autodetection.)
