13 is the length of the input. As I mentioned in the initial report, I
suspected invalid UTF-8 as the culprit, and switched to:
pcre_exec(p, e, s, len, start_offset, 0, ovector, lenof(ovector));
which as I understand it does do the UTF-8 check, and wouldn't suffer from jit
assumptions of valid UTF-8, would it?
