[pcre-dev] PCRE2 10.10-RC2 testing release

I have replaced the -RC1 tarballs with -RC2:

There have been minor changes to the code, mainly to get rid of warnings
on 32-bit systems. However, bugs in the CMake files have been fixed so
that it should now be possible to compile using CMake under Windows.
