[exim] remove headers about real user ip, email program etc

Hello,
i have setup a exim server.
The configuration is this:

I want to remove for authenticated users (in smtp) the info (in headers) about the email program they use, the ip of the pc or the internet provider etc.

I have see this info:

however i not know where i can put this info and if it is compatible with my configuration.

Can i have a help in this?
