Thinking further, cutthrough to LMTP outbound cannot work for multi-recipient
messages unless the inbound uses PRDR, as the destination can reject per
recipient after data (this being the whole point of LMTP).
For now, avoid cutthrough-to-LMTP entirely. Single-recipient would be
possible,
and PRDR-inbound if/when we get to that.
