accept password protected archives
I'm not sure how to handle password protected archives. With the patch attached
we accept the Avast Error 42056 - used for password protected archives.
Probable this should be configurable. (But I think, most notably it should be
configurable in the scanner engine, how to deal with password protected
archives)
