Patch against 4.84
Proposed transport option enhancement:
use_prefilter_size = true/false
Defaults false ...
True = Use transport_count and transport_newlines as passed to the filter,
assuming filter does not modify size in flight.

Thanks Robert. Exim 4.85 is mere days away from release. Once it releases, can
you redo the patch against the 4.85 release (or against master, whichever is
easier for you)? I don't think much has changed in the transport area so I
expect no issues merging that part against master, but you're also adding a
global config option, which may require a small manual edit during the merge.
