We badly need developers motivated to deal in internationalisation issues.
For this patch:
- Needs testsuite additions, and documentation
- Appears to only cover part of the RFC - filename parameters. I can't see
quickly if it handles parameter continuations. More code comments needed
- Does not appear to handle parameter languages
- Uses large static-size stack-based arrays rather than Exim's
memory-allocation
and string-handling infrastructure
