After long investigation trial and error I found that problem was with cpanel
obscurely configured such NAT rule
iptables -t nat -A OUTPUT -p tcp -m multiport --dports 25,465,587 -j REDIRECT
Which effectively replaces destination ip with 127.0.0.1
