For cases where servers do not provide stapled OCSP information we would still
like to get better assurance as to the server certificate validity.

We probably do not want to build full http-based OCSP support (or, even worse,
CRL support) into Exim. However we should consider a companion daemon
implementation and the requirements for an interface to one.
