So, just a heads-up about a simple bug. Today a member of the
Russian exim-users list complained of 4.84 segfault
if mime ACL is used, with a test case (a piece of spam):

Victor Ustugov determined that the bug manifests if a part header contains
a parameter with empty value like this:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
and wrote (in his words "crude") patch:
