[pcre-dev] pcre version 8.36?

ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programming/pcre/ has an update listed
for PCRE 8.36, but the webpage at http://www.pcre.org/ indicates that the
latest version of PCRE is 8.35. Is the webpage out of date?
