pcre32 has extra function pcre32_utf32_to_host_byte_order to convert host
programs byte order to pcre byte order. The documentation does not clearly say
what the byte order has to be for pcre. Testing the program and finally byte
order takes time.

A simple example file to use pcre32 code could be helpful or an explanation of
the endianness and converting pattern and subject text to the correct format.
