Quite new to exim ACL... can you give some syntax examples to implement
something like this?
>From client_IP_1: allow relay to mycompany.com
>From client_ip_2: allow relay to everywhere

As you are a smarthost it feels like you want an ACL.
Custom routing is usually only an MX thing.
