So, you're talking about the generated „autogenerated.conf“ file? There
is no easy way to minimize it. At least nothing I know about.
You can use
exim -bP all
exim -bP routers
exim -bP transports
to get an impression about the possible options. But this isn't exactly
what you're asking for :)
