All right /usr/sbin/sendmail is linked to /usr/exim/bin/exim in this case.

Sending from mutt is not working.

To debug mutt I used

set sendmail="/usr/sbin/sendmail -oem -oi -d+all -X \"/var/log/sendmaildebug.log\" "

in the Mutt.

I try a self test

mutt -s self to test and this locks up in infinity mode.

Elm does not.

here sendmail is symbollically linked to exim

Hmm!! I did ktrace mutt ....

and webmin turns up?
