All I can say is well done. I'm going through the same problem with
MessageLabs at the moment. Yet another deaf giant.
justspam.org is even worse. No contact details whatsoever so impossible to
speak / email a real person. The automated unlist facility involves sending
them a web page generated email. However, there is a slight problem here:

Yes I know it's my fault I got listed - one of my user's PC's got infected and
sent out SPAM (and while I was on easter break too :-( ) but that was sorted
at the start of last week. I'm still trying to get unlisted.
