It does seem to be the case that cutthrough and fakereject can't coexist. One
has to go and your use-case wants the fakereject, so we'll take the decision to
cancel cutthrough.
Your setup is unusual and, as I'm sure you realize, will result in extra load
placed on the customer systems as well as yours in transmitting the data of
these messages to them (all but the indicator for end-of-message). This will
also perhaps result in interesting log messages on their systems.
