the test case

Segmentation fault occurs in searching for a text starting
with 0x80 - 0xbf in UTF-8 mode.

I attach the test case and the backtrace at segmentation fault.
It seems that `eptr' accesses over staring of text buffer.

I also attach the tentative fix.
