Thank you for the bug report.

The pattern is a pathological case, and forces the engine to do an exponential
search. The interpreter return with PCRE_ERROR_MATCHLIMIT, but the JIT does
not. This should be fixed, but I cannot promise when, because I will go on
Holiday from tomorrow, and will be back after Easter.

Some extra info: "America's Best Wildlife Charity" triggers the search. The
same effect can be achieved by "\".?(.|a){1025}$" pattern.
