[exim] force SSL connections on demand

Hi all,

is there an option to force the remote_smtp transport to use ssl/tls only ?

Background:

i want to give our users the ability to control, if they want the
insecure mailtransport fallback, or if the
transport shall fail due to lack of tls abilities on the other server side.
