moved the warning from debug to logfile output
The old patch wrote the warning to the debug output only. But I think, it would
be sensible to have the information in the main/panic log, to somehow get the
attention of the administrator.
(I'm not sure about the paniclog, since it's now panic, parts of the mail
system still work, but OTOH it's clearly a configuration error that should be
fixed as soon as possible.)
