[exim] Bulk sending

Hello,

I'm trying to understand how exim works when handling multiple email
messages in one inbound connection.

Let's say I open a SMTP connection to exim and start sending many different
messages, but all directed to one single domain.
Will exim try to deliver those messages using one connection to the mx
host, or will it open a new connection for every message.

I am trying to optimize my systems, and thought that maybe if I group the
messages by domin, exim might do that, and avoid lots of reconnections.

Any thoughts?
