others have said use acl_m_... instead
eg in the DATA acl:
warn set acl_m_smtp_out=$acl_c_smtp_out
But if you have two messages queued with different $acl_m_smtp_out
settings but the same destinaton you'll see the $acl_c_smtp_out of
the second message being ignored. The mechanism that causes this
is explained in spec chapter 3.
