I had been thinking that the problem was the presence of a transport-filter;
there's a comment saying "not supported by cutthrough" but no actual test. I'll
add one and touch up the docs. However, testing with a null filter (/bin/cat)
does not show an issue.
Can we get a debug trace of the cutthrough attempt from the affected system?
"control = debug/opts=+expand+deliver+acl"at the same place as the "control =
cutthrough_delivery".
