[pcre-dev] PCRE 8.34 is released

I have just put the tarballs for 8.34 in the usual place:

As always, ChangeLog lists all the changes. There have been some
important performance improvements as a result of Zoltán's reworking of
the auto-possessification code, which now handles many more cases.
