I suspect a non-null sender_host_authenticated is what I need.

condition=${if def:sender_host_authenticated}

Am I on the right track here?

send_authd_users_to_google:

driver = dnslookup
domains = +local_domains
condition=${if def:sender_host_authenticated}
transport = remote_smtp
