I have the following in my data acl:

accept condition  = ${if >{$acl_c_spam_hits}{2}}
       add_header = X-JunkIt: $acl_c_spam_list
       control    = fakereject/Your email has been rejected due to it looking
like Spam. ($acl_c_spam_list)
       logwrite   = GREPULAR(DATA/fakereject): $acl_c_spam_list

Since I turned on cutthrough delivery, emails that I can see are being
"fakerejected" in the logs, no longer have the "X-Junk-It" header on them.

It would seem that add_header is ignored for cutthrough delivered mail.
