[exim] 4.82 - smtp_confirmation logging

Hello,

I see that with 4.82 'smtp_confirmation' logging is turned on by
default. No problem with that, but there seems to be a maximum string
buffer length of 100 characters.

I'm seeing log lines showing the confirmation such as:

The first two (perhaps even the third?) seem to have been truncated.
