Well, without a specific rule to exempt certain mails, all mails are
scanned - incoming and outgoing. That's how it happens on my servers,
but I do exempt mails coming from authenticated users, and sometimes a
blanket for relay_from_hosts until something nasty happens to the
subnet.. then I deal with it.
