I think it is. Unless more issues pop up, I plan to cut 4.82 at the
end of this week.
I would however like to plan/schedule a very short development period
for 4.83, say 2 months. The intention is to put in several very
recent crypto related enhancements (the landscape is roiling so fast
right now) as well as a few other things that are pending. This will
give us time to fine-tune them and come up with ways of testing these
various combinations...if possible.
