[exim] count TO+CC+BCC and logwrite

Hi All,

I would like to count all TO, CC and BCC recipients of an outgoing message.
I tried several howtos but none of them worked.
$h_to $h_cc $h_bcc is NULL and $recipients_count is 0.

If count is > 100 per message I would like to logwrite the sender's email address.

I would be very happy if someone could help me :)
