Testing with swaks reveals I can submit an email with a (really) long header to
my exim (RC2) which then relayed it to a sendmail system. Exim transmits the
full header (I tested up to 5000 characters) and my sendmail just chops it at
2304 characters. So this is not an issue when used in submission mode. I will
further test it with locally delivering a message with an overly long message
header.
