Another catch:
dmarc_has_been_checked is not reset if another mail is received on the same
connection. I remembered that case from my DCC code;-)
dmarc_process() is only called if dmarc_has_been_checked == FALSE and you'll
end up with empty variables for all mails received after the first one on the
some incoming connection since dmarc_init() is always called for new mail in
receive.c.
