[exim-dev] 4.82 RC1 GnuTLS testing error

The testsuite threw me an error for testcase 2025:

tls_require_ciphers invalid:
gnutls_priority_init(!RSA_AES_256:DES-CBC3-SHA) failed at offset 0,
"!RSA_AES.." failed: The request is invalid.
