Second option: use the forthcoming Exim 4.82 release, in which the Cyrus
SASL support has been upgraded to pass the remote IP/host information
into the SASL libraries. Configure the SASL system to use saslauthd and
configure saslauthd to use PAM authentication.

Note: I have not tested this combination. I don't know that Cyrus will
pass the extended information through to saslauthd and in turn through
to PAM. I know that this _should_ work and it would be a nice bonus
extra for the improvements in the Exim Cyrus integration.

This is change PP/06 of Exim 4.82; see Todd's email for more about the
RC process and how soon we might expect 4.82.
