[exim] failed: Connection timed out (timeout=5m)

Working with sending e-mail marketing and I'm using exim, however observing
the exim logs, I have noticed that sometimes I have a line error and so my
server is trying to access a domain for up to minutes

would reduce this time to 30 seconds.

Is this possible?
