Hello,
The Exim 4.80.1 docs (spec.txt) has the following passage:
===========
You might want to turn off DKIM verification processing entirely for
internal or relay mail sources. To do that, set the dkim_disable_verify
ACL control modifier. This should typically be done in the RCPT ACL, at
points where you accept mail from relay sources (internal hosts or
authenticated senders).
===========
However, surely it would be better to simply use dkim_disable_verify
once in the 'acl_smtp_predata' ACL? Using it in the RCPT ACL means it
will be set for every RCPT command.
I also note that 'dkim_disable_verify' is only mention the once in
section 56 ('SUPPORT FOR DKIM'). Surely it should be mentioned in
section 42.21 ('Use of the control modifier') as well.
John.
