It looks to me as though there's something wrong with the LDAP call. In the URL below, there's no host name.

It seems that's because you defined LDAP_URL and used it in a PERL call. Defining ldap_default_servers won't help here, because the perl{} function doesn't know that it's passing an LDAP call.
