Just to let you know: I did not forget about this bug, but we are currently
discussing a new PCRE API. There is a possibility, that the old API will be
considered done, and there will not be any changes in the future. If we choose
that option, I cannot add any more functions to the pcre.h from now on. This
feature can be supported by the new API of course.
